Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction supervision and architectural project management.
• Degree in the Architectural field.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management and scheduling expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead construction supervision teams effectively.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, materials and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Previous project experience in the Middle East, particularly UAE.
