• Strong shop drawing review and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural construction activities and verify execution against drawings, specs, and contract.
• Conduct systematic site inspections for workmanship and material quality.
• Review architectural works for conformity with codes, regs, and quality requirements.
• Examine shop drawings to reflect approved design intent and project requirements.
• Assess material submittals for performance, appearance, and quality criteria.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve field queries efficiently.
• Monitor progress and address technical constraints affecting timelines.
• Prepare reports and maintain detailed inspection logs and communications.
