Job summary

Central Trading Company, the automotive aftermarket arm of Al Rostamani Group, seeks a Sales Support Executive in Dubai to handle calls, emails, quotations, and order processing for showroom operations. Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and emails as first contact for sales inquiries.
Inform customers about prices, availability, delivery dates, and delays.
Prepare and verify sales quotations with correct prices and discounts.
Input orders into the system and ensure timely processing.
Notify customers of delivery schedules, warranties, or service contracts.
Inform customers of delays and arrange alternate delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries.
Comply with QMS requirements.
