Job summary

MILELE MOTORS FZE in Dubai seeks a results-oriented Sales Executive for Car Exports, with Arabic language proficiency mandatory.

The role focuses on developing opportunities across Africa, GCC and international markets, generating leads, delivering quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining an active pipeline and timely reports.

You'll coordinate export documentation, logistics, and after-sales support, building strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and global buyers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience, preferably car exports.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); French and Swahili also helpful.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of export processes, shipping procedures, and international trade documents.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in African, GCC, and international markets.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential buyers, and convert them into sales.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, yard operations, and documentation teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
