Job summary

GETHR in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Growth Operator to own the performance engine of a fast-scaling DTC brand. You will directly work with the founder, executing growth across Shopify, Meta Ads, and other channels; you're a builder who figures things out and gets things done.

You should blend analytical thinking with hands-on e-commerce experience, own outcomes, and drive funnel optimization, creative strategy, and team scaling, including hiring 2–3 video editors in your first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance marketing across Meta, Google AppLovin (Axon) and Taboola
• Develop creative strategy identifying hooks, angles and concepts
• Write copy for ads, landing pages, funnels and product pages
• Funnel optimization, CRO, upsells, cross-sells and conversion improvements
• Scale paid traffic and improve ROAS across channels
• Lead and scale a creative team (initially video editors; hire 2-3 more in 90 days)

About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on Growth Operator (Shopify Expert/ meta ads) to take ownership of the performance engine of a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand.

This is not a typical management role. You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for driving growth across markets channels and funnels. You dont need to have done this exact role before BUT you need to be a builder who figures things out fast and gets things done.

If you combine analytical thinking with hands-on e-commerce experience and an ownership mentality this role is for you.

Tasks

• Performance marketing across Meta Google AppLovin (Axon) and Taboola
• Creative strategy identifying winning hooks angles and concepts
• Copywriting ads landing pages funnels and product pages
• Funnel optimizationCRO upsells cross-sells and conversion rate improvements
• Scaling paid traffic and improving ROAS across all channels
• Team leadership managing and scaling a creative team (starting with video editors; youll be responsible for hiring 2-3 additional video editors in your first 90 days)

By hands-on we mean you personally execute youre not delegating everything to a team on day one. Youre in the Meta Ads Manager youre writing copy youre analyzing data and youre building the playbooks that the team will eventually follow ;)

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2 years hands-on experience in DTC / e-commerce with specific examples of brands or accounts youve directly managed
• Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and numbers (ROAS CAC etc.)
• Fluent English (written and spoken) clear communication is essential
• Operator mindset you get things done remove blockers and take accountability for results

• No experience with Shopify or Meta Ads Manager
• No spreadsheet/ data fluency
