Job summary

GETHR is seeking a hands-on Growth Operator to own the performance engine of a fast-scaling DTC brand. You will work directly with the founder, driving growth across markets, channels, and funnels. This is a builder role where you execute hands-on rather than delegate everything.

You will manage performance marketing across Meta, Google, AppLovin, and Taboola, craft creative strategies, and own the playbooks. If you thrive with data, creativity, and ownership, this is for you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC/e-commerce with brands/accounts directly managed.
• Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC).
• Fluent written and spoken English; clear communication.
• Operator mindset: proactive, accountable, blockers removal.

Responsibilities

• Run performance marketing across Meta, Google, AppLovin, Taboola.
• Develop creative strategy and identify winning hooks and concepts.
• Copy ads, landing pages, funnels, and product pages.
• Optimize funnels, CRO, upsells, and cross-sells for better ROAS.
• Scale paid traffic and improve ROAS across channels.
• Lead a creative team; hire 2-3 video editors in 90 days.
