Job summary

JMB Marketing Management FZCO is seeking a high-ambition candidate to own our online sales growth. You will learn to run our advertising and our Shopify store from the ground up, mentoring a small video-editing team and crafting landing pages that convert visitors into buyers.

You will be trained by the CEO and Head of Operations and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a clear path to scale the brand globally.

We're a profitable, fast-scaling online brand doing ~USD $5M/month in revenue, and we're hiring someone to own and grow our online sales: managing our advertising, shaping the content that sells our products, and building the pages that turn website visitors into buyers.

You don't need any ecommerce experience. We'll teach you everything.

The role

You'll learn to run our advertising and online store from the ground up:

1. Run our paid advertising: across Facebook, Instagram and Google — deciding how much to spend, where to spend it and adjusting daily based on what's working. We'll train you on every platform from scratch.
2. Develop ad ideas that make people buy: what to say, what angle to take, what visually hooks someone in the first 3 seconds.
3. Build and manage a small team of 2–3 video editors: producing new ad content every week.
4. Write ad copy and build landing pages: where customers browse and purchase — then continuously test and improve them to increase sales.
5. Help us expand into new countries and markets.
6. Track the numbers weekly: ad spend, revenue and which ads are actually making us money.

You won't do all of this on day one. You'll ramp up stage by stage, with direct mentorship from the CEO and our Head of Operations, until you're running the full operation.

Who we're looking for

1. Proof that you perform. You've been a top earner, consistently hit or exceeded targets, or won in a competitive environment. We don't care what industry, we care that you've shown you can think, compete and deliver when it matters.
2. Comfort with screen-based work. This is a desk job. You'll spend most of your day at a laptop — analyzing ad accounts, writing copy, reviewing creative and building pages. If you get your energy from being out in the field meeting people, this role isn't for you. If you can lock in and focus for hours, you'll do great.
3. A money mindset. You're driven by results and earning potential, and you're not embarrassed to say it.
4. A natural sense for what makes people buy. Whether you've closed deals, sold services, or convinced people to take action, you instinctively understand what to say and how to say it to make people move.
5. Comfort with numbers. You track what's working and what's not. If you already think in numbers, you'll thrive here.
6. Strong written and spoken English. We sell to customers in the USA and other English-speaking markets. You need to write clearly and communicate sharply.
7. Fast learning. You'll pick up new tools and skills from day one, and you don't need the same thing explained twice.
8. Commitment. We're looking for someone ready to commit, master a new craft and grow with us, not someone who changes jobs every few months.

Logistics & compensation

This is an in-office position in Downtown Dubai. We will sponsor your visa.

Base salary: AED 18–22k/month, depending on background. After a 6-month probation period, you'll earn an additional performance-linked bonus tied directly to the results your creative work produces. You get stability plus upside that grows with the brand.
