Job summary

Psychology Vibes LLC is hiring a Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist to lead the entire growth engine—from traffic and funnels to conversion, retention, and scaling. This is a full-time remote role with overlapping hours with Dubai (GMT+4), based in Egypt.

You will own paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, build full-funnel strategies for high-ticket programs and digital products, and craft compelling creative angles with the content team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and solid Google Ads experience.
• Experience with High-Ticket, Online Courses, Digital Products, Lead Generation, or Service Businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Funnels, Retargeting, Customer Journey, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Solid knowledge of tracking and analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTMs.
• Hands-on experience with Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing & Automation (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Creative + Analytical Mindset: not just pushing buttons, but understanding audience, offer, funnel, and testing needs.
• Based in Egypt with full-time remote availability overlapping hours with Dubai (GMT+4).

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, scale, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Primary) and Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display).
• Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies for High-Ticket Programs, Low-Ticket Offers, and Digital Products.
• Own and continuously improve the Funnel & Customer Journey, including retargeting and nurturing sequences.
• Develop winning Creative Angles, Hooks, Offers, and CTAs in collaboration with the content and creative team.
• Analyze ad and creative performance daily, run continuous A/B testing on audiences, creatives, copies, landing pages, and offers.
• Build and manage Email Marketing & WhatsApp Marketing strategies, automation, and flows to increase LTV and conversion.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV and turn data into clear, actionable growth decisions.
• Prepare clear weekly performance reports with insights, learnings, and next experiments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in performance marketing, funnels, tracking, and AI marketing tools.

We are looking for a Performance & Growth Marketer who will be a true growth partner, not just an ads operator.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist who combines analytical skills, strategic thinking, and creativity. You will own the entire growth engine: from traffic and funnels to conversion, retention, and scaling.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
• Strong, proven expertise in Meta Ads is a MUST, and good experience in Google Ads.
• Proven experience with High-Ticket, Online Courses, Digital Products, Lead Generation, or Service Businesses is highly preferred. E-commerce experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Strong understanding of Funnels, Retargeting, Customer Journey, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Solid knowledge of tracking and analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTMs.
• Hands-on experience with Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing & Automation (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Creative + Analytical Mindset: We are NOT looking for someone who just pushes buttons. We need someone who understands the audience, the offer, the creative, and the funnel, and constantly proposes what to test next.
