Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping and import/export documentation required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export, and local shipment activities.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and delivery paperwork.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers.
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
• Arrange transportation and delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipment timelines and follow up on delays or pending documents.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documentation.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding shipment requirements.
• Assist with customs clearance and required shipping formalities.
• Ensure documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve routine shipment and delivery issues efficiently.
