Qualifications

• Familiarity with import/export processes and customs documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight and logistics operations in Dubai.
• Arrange and monitor movement of goods through transportation channels.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Assist with customs clearance coordination and related documentation when required.
• Communicate with warehouse teams to coordinate cargo handling and dispatch.
