Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping operations preferred.
• Knowledge of shipment documentation and transportation procedures.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and customs documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics operations.
• Arrange and monitor movement of goods through transportation channels.
• Coordinate with shipping companies, transport providers, suppliers, and customers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and other paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules to ensure timely transportation.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery confirmations.
• Assist with customs clearance coordination and related documentation as required.
• Communicate with warehouse teams to coordinate cargo handling, storage, and dispatch.
• Obtain transportation quotations and assist with cost comparisons.
• Ensure logistics activities follow company procedures and regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and update shipment tracking systems.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide shipment progress information.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and logistics coordination.
