Job summary

GAC Group in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our logistics team. You will execute administrative functions, coordinate documentation flow, and support customers with order and shipment inquiries.

Based in Dubai (DWC), you will schedule imports/exports, prepare customs docs, track shipments, and escalate issues while maintaining accurate records and clear communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a university degree, preferably with a diploma in logistics or shipping.
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Free Zone-based logistics or shipping company is a major advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and adept at learning new software.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export shipments based on customer needs and priorities.
• Process orders through the companys system.
• Prepare export/import customs documentation per regulations.
• Schedule daily with operations teams and share transport requirements.
• Track shipments until destination is reached.
• Escalate complaints and service issues promptly.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records for required information.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
