QI Group in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily outbound shipping operations and ensure timely delivery to customers, agents, and stockists. You will prepare shipping documents, coordinate with logistics providers, and monitor shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires accuracy, familiarity with AWB/BL, WMS/ERP systems, and knowledge of Free Zone and customs procedures.

Formación

• High school certificate or diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with courier, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Experience preparing shipping documentation such as AWB and BL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics-related systems; hands-on with WMS and ERP is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Free Zone operations and customs procedures is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and organizational skills; good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare airway bills (AWB), bills of lading (BL), and other shipping documents for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Enter shipment data into ERP/WMS systems and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure on-time delivery; track discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and Free Zone requirements.
