• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Processing orders, arranging shipments, and coordinating with suppliers
• Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring on-time delivery of goods
• Coordinating with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage of inventory
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations related to transportation of goods
• Maintaining accurate records of shipments, delivery status, invoices, etc.
