Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong skills in document handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Confirm shipment schedules and align with operational and customer requirements.
• Track shipment progress and address delays proactively.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company standards.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and logistics providers.
• Provide timely shipment updates to stakeholders and escalate as needed.
