Overview

A highly organized Shipping Coordinator is required to manage and coordinate shipping operations, ensuring the smooth movement of goods locally and internationally. The selected candidate will handle shipment documentation, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and vendors
Track shipments and provide status updates to management and clients
Ensure compliance with customs and import/export regulations
Resolve shipping delays and operational issues
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and logistics activities
