Job summary

QI Group in Dubai is seeking a Logistics & Quality Coordinator to manage receiving, inspection, storage and dispatch of goods for UAE operations. The role emphasizes accurate stock recording and adherence to quality standards to ensure orders leave the warehouse complete and on time.

Working hands-on in the warehouse, you will apply FIFO/FEFO, perform cycle counts and maintain robust ERP/WMS records, collaborating with freight forwarders and internal teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school certificate or diploma.
• 1–5 years of hands-on warehouse experience, ideally including receiving or quality inspection.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and basic Excel.
• Able to read and check shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, delivery notes).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound containers and local deliveries and check quantities against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming, outgoing and returned goods for defects and non-conformities.
• Maintain stock levels and carry out regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Keep storage areas organized, labelled and safe, applying FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Inspect and process returns, coordinate with warehouse teams on scrap forms.
• Coordinate with Materials for new products and BOM updates.
• Record receipts, stock movements and dispatches in ERP/WMS with auditable records.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
