Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch are executed on schedule and to standard.

You will own data accuracy in the WMS, complete shipment entries and inventory updates with zero tolerance for error, and coordinate with Team Leaders to enforce SOPs and strict timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Drives day-to-day operational coordination to ensure all warehouse functions such as receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
• Takes full ownership of documentation accuracy and data input in WMS systems; ensures all transactions, shipment entries, and inventory updates are completed with zero tolerance for error.
• Coordinates tightly with Team Leaders and frontline staff to enforce compliance with SOPs, product handling standards, and daily execution timelines.
