Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Lead/Supervisor to oversee shift-based activities in our Dubai operation. You will be the first point of contact for team members, ensuring adherence to processes and safety rules while supporting the Shift/Area Manager in planning and execution.

Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, coaching staff, and driving improvements through data analysis. A high school diploma and strong English communication are required, with Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.
• Experience running metrics reports and analyzing data to identify issues.
• Experience supervising a team on shift and coordinating tasks.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows and track onsite performance across shifts.
• Support and train employees to deliver great service and supervise daily tasks.
• Assist the Shift/Area Manager with process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and support needs.
• Use data analysis to identify ways to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
