Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Shift Logistics in Dubai to lead daily shift activities in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You will ensure safety, train and supervise associates, and adjust labor to match demand while maintaining quality and customer service standards.

You will review metrics, communicate with frontline managers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve throughput and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; operational or supervisory exposure preferred.
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, distribution or related operations is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret performance data and coach frontline teams.
