Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a skilled Shift Manager - Asset Protection to lead security operations across gaming and non-gaming areas of the resort. You will direct the Security Supervisor, ensuring coverage, safety, and compliance with policies and gaming regulations.

The role requires extensive security management experience, strong leadership, and a bachelor’s degree. CPP certification is preferred, with opportunities to influence guest safety and asset protection within a renowned

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ security management experience in large integrated resorts.
Demonstrated experience leading large teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security or a related field.
ASIS CPP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead all security operations during the assigned shift for gaming and non-gaming areas.
Direct the Security Supervisor in deploying the security team to ensure coverage and response.
Maintain a safe, secure environment through active supervision and post oversight.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and policies.
Oversee access control to restricted and sensitive areas and verify entry.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies with the security team.
Liaise with SOC and other departments during incident response and follow-up.
Monitor for threats and ensure timely escalation of significant incidents.
