Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Shift Manager - Asset Protection to lead security operations across gaming and non-gaming areas. The role requires strong leadership, incident response, and compliance with gaming regulations.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ security management experience in large integrated resorts.
• Demonstrated experience leading large teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security or a related field.
• CPP certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead all security operations during the assigned shift, inclusive of gaming and non-gaming areas.
• Direct the Security Supervisor in the deployment of the security team across gaming and non-gaming areas.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and controlled environment throughout the property through active supervision and post oversight.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, resort policies, and security procedures.
• Oversee access control to restricted and sensitive areas, including gaming, back-of-house, and other controlled locations.
• Direct the Security Supervisor and security team in responding to incidents, disturbances, suspicious activity, medical events, and emergencies.
• Coordinate with the SOC, Corporate Investigations, and other departments during incident response and follow-up.
• Monitor the gaming floor and non-gaming areas for security threats and gaming integrity.
