Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Events Manager - Asset Protection to lead security for high‑profile, multi‑venue events at the UAE resort. You will translate corporate security objectives into actionable plans, coordinate resources, and advise executives on emerging threats.

The role requires 5+ years in large‑scale event security within hospitality or entertainment environments, strong collaboration with law enforcement, and a track record in risk assessment and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security, risk management, event management, or a related field.
• Experience developing event security plans, risk assessments, staffing models, crowd management strategies, and emergency coordination.
• Experience with law enforcement, emergency services, regulatory authorities, VIP movements, or high‑profile events in hospitality, gaming, or entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align event security strategies with the resort’s risk management framework and brand standards.
• Translate security objectives into actionable event‑security plans supporting guest experience and operations.
• Coordinate long‑range event calendars with senior leadership to forecast security resources and budgets.
• Design integrated event‑security operating models for hotel, casino, entertainment and F&B venues.
• Lead scenario planning for VIP visits, festivals, and multi‑day conferences.
• Advise leadership on emerging threats and regulatory changes affecting event security.
• Conduct risk assessments and embed mitigations into security and emergency plans.
