Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Security Services to join the resort's Security team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include overseeing operational delivery across gaming security, site security, event security, staff accommodation and logistics operations; supporting the Director with independent decision‑making during routine and high‑pressure situations; providing security oversight for Wynn Oasis Staff Accommodation and the Wynn Logistics Centre; assisting in developing and implementing security policies, procedures and operational frameworks; contributing to strategic planning, including objectives, KPIs and operational performance standards; ensuring full compliance with local regulations, gaming laws and company policies; maintaining strong relationships with government authorities, emergency services and law enforcement; conducting operational reviews, gap analysis and recommending continuous improvements and best practices; researching and implementing new technologies and systems; supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking including purchase order management; monitoring regional threats and risks, providing assessments and timely incident reporting; assisting in maintaining and updating the Security Operations Manual and emergency response plans; coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of security operations; providing operational guidance on risk management to leadership and team members; overseeing incident management, reporting quality and resolution of high‑priority security matters; ensuring all interactions meet Forbes 5‑Star service standards and company expectations; supporting recruitment, training, workforce planning and staff development initiatives; supervising administrative compliance, staffing levels and operational readiness across teams; supporting emergency response execution and assuming operational command when required; and contributing to event security planning, including manpower deployment, access control and budgeting.
