Qualifikationen

• 5 years (for Diploma holder) or 8 years (for Trade Certificate holder) in Electrical maintenance in steel plant with higher automation.
• Experience in Middle‑East regulatory environment and safety standards.
• Health & Safety compliance systems experience.

Aufgaben

• Work Planning: follow safety rules, inspect electrical maintenance work orders, and use condition monitoring for preventive maintenance.
• Analysis and Reporting: review daily/shift activities with supervisor to action skill-specific plans.
• Team supervision: guide and assist train new team members to ensure service levels.
• Problem Solving: provide technical input to resolve major maintenance problems to minimize downtime.
• Spare parts management: assist in ensuring proper spare parts management.
• Production Liaison: meet with production daily to discuss machine shut down schedules and historical service standards.
