Job summary

Star Services LLC is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance professional for a steel melting plant in the UAE. The role focuses on maintaining electrical systems, ensuring safety, and working within a team to minimize downtime.

The candidate should have a diploma or trade certificate with substantial maintenance experience in high-automation steel processes and familiarity with CMMS such as SAP.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Engineering related field.
• Minimum 5 years electrical maintenance experience in steel plants (Diploma holder) or 8 years (Trade Certificate holder).
• Experience with Steel Melting and Billet casting processes with high automation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance to the correct standard and in a safe timely manner to maximize plant utilization.
• Plan and supervise maintenance work, use risk assessments and job procedures.
• Coordinate with production to discuss machine shutdowns and feedback on service.
