Job summary

NewRocket in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to bridge business and technical teams on complex IT initiatives within the ServiceNow domain.

You will define scope and objectives, plan stages, allocate resources, monitor progress, lead client and vendor meetings, and oversee budgets, schedules and risks using Agile methods. You’ll coach teams and foster trust-based client relations to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business-related experience.
• Minimum 7 years in technology Project/Program management.
• Experience with Agile Project Management principles.
• Proficiency in project methodologies and management principles.
• Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Broad understanding of ServiceNow Domain areas.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• ServiceNow platform experience preferred.
