Job summary

Linkinghumans in Dubai is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define the ServiceNow platform strategy and lead large-scale transformation programmes. You will ensure ServiceNow delivers measurable business value and bridge business vision with technical execution.

As the service line owner, you will own the enterprise-wide ServiceNow roadmap, set architectural standards, and drive alignment across global teams to deliver scalable, resilient platform solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture across ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM or SPM.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or IT4IT.
• Ability to influence at C-suite level and lead discussions around digital transformation strategy.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CIS CMA CTA or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
• Arabic speaking is a must.

The Role
