Job summary

• Optimize technician labor, workshop bays, equipment, and other resources.
• Coordinate round-the-clock service support and emergency breakdown assistance when required.

• Help meet contractual uptime requirements and prevent avoidable service penalties.
• Maintain safety, quality, housekeeping, and operational standards throughout the workshop.

Ideal Profile

Candidates should hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field and be qualified as a Certified Automotive Technician. At least five years of hands-on workshop repair and service-operations experience is required, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory position. Sound knowledge of vehicle diagnosis, commercial vehicle repairs, workshop planning, and technical software is essential. Bus Key Technician certification from Volvo Bus Corporation would be advantageous. Applicants should communicate effectively in English, while Arabic language ability is preferred. A valid UAE passenger-bus driving license would provide an additional advantage.
