Job summary

Copart is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to align Sales and Operations on process requirements, timelines, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze data, build dashboards and reports, and present operational insights to executive stakeholders while collaborating with Business Support teams to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, client services, or process management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and executives.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data using Excel or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
