Job summary

Lift Mart in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Service Sales professional to drive new business and increase revenue from elevator and escalator maintenance, repair, modernization, and upgrade services.

You will generate leads, visit customer sites, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevator and escalator maintenance/service.
• Generate leads from existing customers and direct market visits.
• Promote and sell AMC/maintenance contracts, repairs, modernization, upgrades.
• Visit client sites to assess conditions and service needs.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets.
• Maintain relationships with building owners and facility managers.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement and finance to ensure smooth delivery.

Job Requirements

Key responsibilities and duties

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevator and escalator maintenance/service
• Generate leads through existing customers, property/facility management companies, consultants, contractors, and direct market visits.
• Promote and sell AMC/maintenance contracts, repair works, modernization, replacement, and upgrade
• Visit customer sites to understand elevator/escalator condition and service
• Conduct basic technical assessments and coordinate site surveys with the service/technical
• Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and scope of
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with building owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities within existing maintenance customers for repair, modernization, spare parts, and additional services.
• Coordinate with operations, service, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sold projects/contracts.
• Monitor competitors, market prices, customer requirements, and industry
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, customer database, quotation status, and sales
• Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and commercial
• Ensure all proposals comply with company standards, technical requirements, safety regulations, and contractual conditions.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and support the team in resolving commercial/service-related
• Achieve assigned sales revenue, new contract, renewal, and gross-margin
