Client of Parisima Talent in Abu Dhabi is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to lead maintenance contract sales for elevator and escalator installations. You will build long‑term client relationships and drive revenue targets while collaborating with service and operations teams.

The role requires negotiating skills, opportunity identification, and a track record in selling service agreements or technical solutions within a related industry.

Formación

• 3–10 years' experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the elevator and escalator industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience selling annual maintenance contracts, service agreements or technical solutions.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities across existing and prospective customers to grow the maintenance contract portfolio.
• Prepare, present and negotiate annual maintenance contracts, tenders, bids and commercial offers.
• Drive maintenance contract conversions and recovery of lost accounts.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and contract completion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the main point of contact for key accounts.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth handover of new installations and contracts.
• Work toward sales budgets, revenue targets and KPIs.
• Ensure contract offers align with profitability targets and collect overdue payments with credit control support.
