Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a technically skilled Service and Sales Engineer in Dubai to drive service sales and build lasting client relationships. You will identify needs, prepare quotations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value service solutions while upholding HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in service sales within a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to the pumps industry is a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell service solutions using technical and customer insights.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and drive service sales across markets and industries.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales to close deals.
• Collaborate with sales, service, backoffice, logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct market research and develop strategies to expand service offerings.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients introducing new or existing service products.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental standards during all activities.
