Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Sales Engineer with 5+ years of experience in pumps and water solutions. The candidate will sell pumps, wastewater treatment systems, and related services, building strong dealer and end-user relationships in the Dubai area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pump industry, preferably with Flygt (Xylem) or Grundfos or distributors.
• Strong technical understanding of pumping systems, wastewater treatment, and related equipment.
• Proven track record in project sales and account management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, consultants, and end users.
• Actively seek new inquiries and projects through proactive market engagement.

The role requires a proactive professional who can independently develop new business opportunities, manage dealer relationships, and generate inquiries both directly and through partners.
