Job summary

EagleBurgmann in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales and Service Engineer to drive growth by promoting sealing solutions and providing on-site technical service. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new business and support installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure operational reliability.

Requires a mechanical engineering background, practical field experience, and fluency in English and Arabic. Travel to customer sites is expected, and CRM familiarity is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent field.
• Hands-on experience in a similar Sales/Service role.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Promote products, services and solutions to existing and prospective customers while developing key stakeholder relationships.
• Deliver on-site technical service including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Manage accounts, territory, and sales pipeline, plan customer visits, and ensure targets are met.
• Develop market opportunities and partnerships, secure service and spares contracts, and generate project leads.
• Provide product training, equipment surveys and quotations to support business growth.
