Job summary

Aegis Precision is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer for the Al Quoz site in Dubai, UAE. The role covers operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support of automated machinery and site utilities.

You will handle installation, commissioning and ongoing technical operations at the assigned site, with potential expansion to new sites as the company grows. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelors in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Automation.
• 4–6 years of service, maintenance or automation experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of PLC/HMI and industrial automation.
• Good electrical troubleshooting and control-panel knowledge.
• Ability to read electrical/control wiring diagrams.
• Independent worker with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred; on-site in Al Quoz, Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and maintenance of automated machines and equipment.
• Troubleshooting electrical, automation and mechanical faults.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and site equipment.
• Troubleshooting PLC, HMI, sensors and control-panel systems.
• Testing of motors, pumps, relays and overload relays.
• Basic electrical testing using multimeter and clamp meter.
• Maintain site water systems, piping and fittings.
• Maintain service records and spare-parts requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Support installation and commissioning of new sites.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Service Engineer to handle the operation maintenance troubleshooting and technical support of automated machinery and site utilities The engineer will primarily be responsible for the assigned site and as new sites are commissioned may be assigned responsibility for their installation commissioning maintenance and ongoing technical operations

Key Responsibilities

• Installation commissioning and maintenance of automated machines and equipment
• Troubleshooting of electrical automation and mechanical faults
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and site equipment
• Troubleshooting of PLC HMI sensors and control-panel systems
• Testing and troubleshooting of motors pumps contactors relays MCBs and overload relays
• Basic electrical testing using multimeter clamp meter and other testing equipment
• Troubleshooting of sensors flow meters float switches and other field instruments
• Basic plumbing installation maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain water supply drainage piping valves pumps hoses and fittings related to the site
• Identify and rectify basic water leakage blockage and flow-related issues
• Maintain proper service records maintenance reports and spare-parts requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialist technical work is required
• Support installation commissioning and technical operations of new sites as the company expands

Required Skills & Qualifications
