Job summary

Sisco Jobs in Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Engineer Mechanical to oversee maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of mechanical systems in industrial operations. You will ensure uptime, safety and quality by planning preventive and corrective activities and coordinating with production teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 3–7 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment.
• Monitor machinery performance and identify improvement areas to enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, reports and documentation.

Job Summary:

A skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer Mechanical is required to oversee the maintenance troubleshooting and continuous improvement of mechanical systems and equipment. The role involves ensuring optimal performance minimizing downtime and maintaining safety and quality standards in industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning scheduling and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical equipment
• Monitoring the performance of machinery and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency
• Troubleshooting mechanical failures and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintaining detailed maintenance records reports and documentation
• Coordinating with production and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring availability of critical components
• Supervising maintenance technicians and guiding them on technical issues

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• GCC experience will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems rotating equipment pumps compressors and HVAC systems
