Job summary
Aegis Precision is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer for the Al Quoz site in Dubai, UAE. The role covers operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support of automated machinery and site utilities.
You will handle installation, commissioning and ongoing technical operations at the assigned site, with potential expansion to new sites as the company grows. Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Automation.
- 4–6 years of service, maintenance or automation experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PLC/HMI and industrial automation.
- Good electrical troubleshooting and control-panel knowledge.
- Ability to read electrical/control wiring diagrams.
- Independent worker with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred; on-site in Al Quoz, Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of automated machines and equipment.
- Troubleshooting electrical, automation and mechanical faults.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and site equipment.
- Troubleshooting PLC, HMI, sensors and control-panel systems.
- Testing of motors, pumps, relays and overload relays.
- Basic electrical testing using multimeter and clamp meter.
- Maintain site water systems, piping and fittings.
- Maintain service records and spare-parts requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Support installation and commissioning of new sites.
