Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries invites an experienced Senior Service Engineer to provide hands-on service and lifecycle support for Siemens automation systems across the UAE. The role emphasizes maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning and migrations of PLC/HMI/SCADA in water and wastewater settings.

You will diagnose complex faults, perform corrective actions, and communicate findings with customers while complying with HSE and site procedures. Willingness to travel regionally is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC/HMI/SCADA systems in industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware, software and networks.
• Willingness to travel regularly within UAE and to GCC/Middle East as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Siemens PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.
• Diagnose PLC hardware/software, I/O, HMI/SCADA, industrial communication faults.
• Support SIMATIC S7-300, S7-400/400H/400FH, S7-1200, S7-1500, STEP 7, TIA Portal, WinCC and HMI/Comfort Panels.
• Analyze and modify existing PLC/HMI applications; perform software modifications and testing.
• Prepare backups and support hardware replacement and recommissioning.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams; provide clear service reports.
