Qualifications

8 years of experience in service design or related fields.
Experience leading complex cross-channel service projects from discovery to delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Service Design, HCI or related field; Masters preferred.
Experience working in multinational and dynamic organizations.
Strong portfolio showcasing service design outcomes and impact.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end service design initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service systems and frameworks.
Lead stakeholder workshops and user research activities.
