Job summary

VAM Systems in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Service Design Lead to drive end-to-end service design across channels. You will map journeys, create blueprints, and shape experience strategy in collaboration with stakeholders inside a multinational, dynamic organization.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and guiding the development of service prototypes in an agile environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or related field.
• 48 years of experience in service design or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-channel service projects from discovery to delivery.
• Portfolio demonstrating service design outcomes and impact.
• Experience working in multinational and dynamic organizations.
