Job summary

VAM Systems is seeking a Product Design Lead for its UAE operations. The role focuses on service design, journey mapping, blueprinting, and experience strategy to shape end-to-end customer experiences.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in service design, stakeholder facilitation, and hands-on proficiency with Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite, plus familiarity with Agile and cross-functional development in multinational settings. Joining time negotiable; on-site role in UAE.

Qualifications

• 48 years of experience in service design or related fields.
• Experience leading complex cross-channel service projects from discovery to delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Service Design, HCI or a related field; Masters preferred.
• Prior experience working in multinational and dynamic organizations.

We are currently looking for Product Design Lead for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Proven experience in service design journey mapping service blueprinting and experience strategy.
• Skilled in facilitation co-creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in Figma Miro Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of service design systems and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile and cross-functional service development.
• Experience conducting user research service prototyping and usability testing.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• 48 years of experience in service design or related fields.
• Experience leading complex cross-channel service projects from discovery to delivery.
• Bachelors degree in Design Service Design HCI or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Prior experience working in multinational and dynamic organizations.
