Job summary

Help AG in Dubai seeks a Senior Security Consultant focused on post-sales professional services with strong hands-on expertise in Zscaler solutions (ZIA and ZPA). The role requires designing, implementing, migrating and optimizing large-scale deployments for enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will lead architecture validation, migration planning, and knowledge transfer, with some pre-sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Network Security, or Secure Access technologies.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA).
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale enterprise Zscaler deployments.
• Lead/senior engineer in at least one large Zscaler implementation (50,000+ users).
• Experience with high availability, migrations, and DR for Zscaler environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Zscaler Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Help AG customers.
• Lead large and complex ZIA and ZPA deployments.
• Architect, design, implement and optimize Zscaler solutions.
• Lead technical activities across multiple customer and vendor teams.
• Take technical ownership of Zscaler implementation projects.
• Validate solution architecture and identify gaps or risks.
• Lead production migration and rollout activities.
• Develop migration strategies for large user populations.
• Develop implementation and rollback plans.
• Troubleshoot complex Zscaler, network, identity, and application issues.
• Lead technical workshops with customers.
• Mentor other Help AG engineers and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
