Zscaler in the United Arab Emirates is hiring a Sales Engineering Manager to lead the regional pre-sales motion and develop a high-performing SE team. This hybrid role partners with Sales leadership to drive customer outcomes, influence product direction, and accelerate deals across priority accounts.

The candidate will own end-to-end pre-sales execution, build career progression plans, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions and long-term adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise pre-sales / solutions engineering experience (security, networking, cloud, or SaaS).
• 2+ years leading and developing Sales Engineers (hiring, coaching, performance, career growth).
• Proven ability to run the regional pre-sales motion: pipeline support, deal strategy, and forecasting partnership with Sales.
• Strong executive customer leadership and a deep security/networking foundation with cross-functional collaboration and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pre-sales motion and ensure the SE team delivers high-quality, value-based engagements that accelerate pipeline and close outcomes.
• Build a high-performing, engaged SE team through coaching and 1:1s, with clear development plans and defined career progression.
• Partner with customers across markets to deliver network, security, and application access transformation while influencing internal product direction.
