Job summary
Target Engineering Construction Co LLC seeks an experienced Welding Foreman to lead site welding and fabrication on Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will supervise teams, enforce drawings and specifications, and drive safety and quality on every task.
The role requires 8–10 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. UAE work site with competitive salary and benefits.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 8–10 years construction experience with 3+ years in supervision.
- Proven track record on large-scale EPC projects and welding/fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise daily welding and fabrication activities on site.
- Allocate tasks to welders, fabricators and support crews to targets.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor productivity and provide guidance to maximise efficiency.
- Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure timely inspections per ITP.
- Promote a strong safety culture and enforce PPE usage.
- Manage welding consumables, materials and equipment availability.
- Mentor junior welders and conduct on-the-job coaching.
