Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC invites an experienced Supervisor (Civil) to lead on-site civil execution for UAE Oil & Gas EPC mega projects. You will supervise daily civil activities, ensure conformance with drawings, specs and schedules, and coordinate with project teams to deliver safe, quality outcomes.

The role requires 8–10 years in civil construction, 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, and a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of civil construction experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience leading construction teams.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities on site, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to drawings, specs and schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, clients and consultants for smooth site operations and delivery.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct safety inspections and promote a strong safety culture.
