Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. is seeking a highly experienced E&I Foreman to supervise daily E&I works and workforce on site in the UAE.

The role requires reading electrical and instrumentation drawings, coordinating instrument installation, calibration, loop testing, and ensuring compliance with PTW, JSA/RA, LOTO and ADNOC life-saving rules. Qualifications

8+ years of experience as an E&I Foreman in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, or industrial projects.
Diploma/ITI/Technical qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics.
Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings.
Strong knowledge of PTW, LOTO, JSA/RA, HSE requirements and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily E&I works and workforce at site.
Execute electrical and instrumentation installation per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate instrument installation, calibration, loop checking, and testing activities.
Ensure proper cable routing, tagging, termination, and dressing.
Coordinate with Construction Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams, and subcontractors.
Ensure PTW, JSA/RA, toolbox talks, LOTO, and ADNOC Life Saving Rules are followed.
Check availability of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, cable schedules, instrument hook-ups, and loop diagrams.
Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and site housekeeping.
Coordinate inspections and rectification of punch-list items.
Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to the E&I Supervisor/Construction Engineer.
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
