Job summary

PACT Engineering FZC is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer with strong technical expertise in designing industrial and municipal water treatment, desalination, and wastewater plants. The candidate will independently develop process designs, perform engineering calculations, and prepare technical documentation for EPC and packaged treatment projects.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, review vendor offers, and support HAZOP, FAT, commissioning and performance testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
8–10 years of direct water/wastewater process experience.
Strong knowledge of RO design, membranes, filtration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, design basis documents.
Perform process and hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing.
Prepare equipment datasheets and technical specifications.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and project teams.
Respond to client technical comments, RFIs, and engineering clarifications.
Support HAZOP, design reviews, FAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing.
