Job summary
PACT Engineering FZC is seeking a Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience in designing and engineering water treatment, desalination, and wastewater plants. The role involves developing process designs, performing engineering calculations, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for EPC and packaged treatment projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
- 8–10 years in water/wastewater treatment engineering.
- Strong knowledge of RO design, membranes, filtration, and hydraulic calculations.
- Familiarity with AWWA/ASTM/ASME standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering calculation tools.
- Experience with membrane design software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, process descriptions, and design basis documents.
- Perform process, hydraulic calculations, mass balances, and equipment sizing.
- Design water and wastewater treatment processes including RO, UF, MMF, and filtration.
- Prepare equipment datasheets and technical specs for pumps, vessels, filters, and dosing systems.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support HAZOP, FAT, and commissioning.
