Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 10 years of warehouse operations experience, including 8+ years in leadership.
• Certifications in warehouse management, supply chain or logistics preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop warehouse operating strategies, procedures and improvement plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Analyze warehouse performance indicators and identify bottlenecks with corrective actions.
• Improve inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving and dispatch practices.
• Coordinate with transportation, logistics and other teams to resolve handover and workflow issues.
• Assess facilities and equipment for maintenance, readiness and safety compliance.
• Review regulatory and HSE requirements and implement corrective measures.
• Develop and manage warehouse operating budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Guide relationships with suppliers and vendors including contract discussions.
• Evaluate warehouse technologies and industry practices for improvements.
• Prepare training programs for supervisors and warehouse personnel on safety and methods.
